2026 Volkswagen Tiguan Turbo Review: Powered for Perfection

When I drove the new Volkswagen Tiguan, my constant complaint in its 4MOTION trim was the lack of power. In the review for it, I asked Volkswagen for 50 more horsepower. Volkswagen in return said here’s 67 instead in the 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan Turbo.

I have to mention that although this has the “Turbo” label to its name, all the Tiguan trims do come with turbocharged engines. All trims other than the top Turbo model will get the 201 horsepower variant in both front wheel drive and 4MOTION options.

Overall, the 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan Turbo’s power increase was nice when I had to pass on Texas speed highways.
